For new members who sign obliged Regulation Group ICOST read and follow the existing regulations About the game SpinTire : SpinTires is off road simulation game developed by Pavel Zagrebelnyj and published by the UK-based Oovee® Game Studios , in this game the player driving a vehicle in off road terrain relatively streets a lot of mud and water , the majority of vehicles are products of soviet , among others UAZ , Zil , KRAZ , Ural and maz .

The mission in this game the player must open cloaking or tornado that covers the black folder , open a locked garage with garage points , finding hidden vehicle and drove wood from lumber to objectively determined the number of points .
